I really liked the book. My opinion is it is a 5 star rated. I just really like the mischievous personalities of Edgar and Ellen. The plot was very clever, and well written. It was also very lively. There really just isn't much more to tell. I just really liked the story!

Reviewer: A reader from Chicago, IL United States This is a great book for kids just starting to read, also a fun read-aloud before bedtime. The illustrations bring an errie and adventurous feel that make the kids want to keep turning the pages. My seven-year-old loved it.

Edgar and Ellen are some crazy twins who turn all the pets in their town into freaky exotic animals! This book was fun and creepy and only took me two days to finish. The drawings are awesome (some are a little dark but I like that), and I can't wait for book two.

How can I get to Nod's Limbs? Edgar and Ellen is the best book since Holes. I loved it. The nasty twins get it in the end and it is very funny. I love Pet. Where can I get one?

This book was so much fun to read that I read it in an afternoon! Love the pictues. Creepy but fun.

My comment is wonderful work!!! I think the book Rare Beasts is the best book since The Nightmare Before Cristmas, and The Red Dragon put together. First ov all i looooove creepy things, second, when I first saw the cover of this beautiful work of art I said "Whoa this is a tight cover, I've got to read this book." And when I started reading it, I could'nt put the book down. Now you are on my favorite list, along with Tim Burton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
